me: I've been generally happy up until this point
call it "effusive"
which is fantastic

7:01 PM me: but now, as I start to really think about next steps and what I want to see happen this year and within certain timeframes, I feel a bit overwhelmed
and I think part of it comes from some kinda shift in maturity
7:02 PM like learning how to take care of myself in a more immediate way
kinda as if there's no room for procrastination
7:03 PM as well as learning to be selfish in an unselfish way

which is why I kept typing, b/c I realized that I was finally starting to make sense to myself
